With over 17 years of cumulative experience practicing at an international law firm in New York City, serving as in-house counsel for a regional bank as well as a hedge fund, and representing financial services clients of Goldsmith Associates on $100+ billion of secondary market transactions, Mr. Goldsmith is uniquely positioned to provide yield-sensitive legal guidance that achieves his clients’ financial, strategic, and transactional objectives on every deal.

Mr. Goldsmith received a B.A. cum laude from the State University of New York at Purchase in 1998, and a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007, where he served as the Articles Editor of the University of Miami Law Review and attained the distinction of Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Goldsmith clerked for Chief Magistrate Judge (ret.) Ted E. Bandstra of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
